Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways. Katror Systems Technology Private Limited does not store full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password, or any sensitive payment credentials.
The Company shall not be responsible for payment failures, transaction delays, bank server errors, payment gateway downtime, declined payments, or incorrect payment details entered by the user.
7. Order Confirmation, Acceptance and Verification
Placing an order on the Platform is considered an “offer to purchase”. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or successful order verification, where applicable.
